Amazing views and great service!
The lake views are just breathtaking, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Dining was a treat, especially at the restaurant with that delicious ceviche! Only bummer was the wait for breakfast—it could be faster. Overall, a solid experience!

We enjoyed our stay with our two kids at the hotel. From playing tennis to relaxing in the pool, there was always something fun to do. The highlight was definitely the farm visit, where the kids learned about various animals. Great value!
In my wife’s opinion, the room was a bit cramped for our family. It would be great to have more spacious accommodations for families with kids.

A Relaxing Escape with Great Amenities
My family and I had a fantastic time during our 4-night stay. The natural thermal water jacuzzis were a highlight, and we loved exploring the beautiful surroundings, especially the scenic walks around the lake. The variety of activities available kept us entertained, and the restaurants offered delicious food at reasonable prices. However, we found the outdoor pool could be a bit warmer.
